 Junkster was a building and platforming game set on a distant "junk planet". After crash landing on the planet, Um-13 (the player character) must use their building skills to explore levels and rebuild their destroyed ship.

My primary responsibilities on Junkster involved creating the environments for the levels. I implemented a modular workflow which allowed our small art team to rapidly bring levels from bluebox to fully dressed, as well as developing materials in Unreal Engine 4 for texturing these assets. I also assisted in the development of the building blocks which players built with.

Junkster is unfortunately in a state of publishing limbo, but I am still proud of the work we accomplished and feel fortunate for the opportunities it presented. I'm glad we still have the chance to show it to the world.
